How do
Third Parties Umbrella Services work?
Third Parties Umbrella Services are a tripartite contractual arrangement between the IT services company, the umbrella company (Nexoris Portage) and the consultant.
This model lets the consultant enjoy salaried-employee status while still operating autonomously on the IT services company's engagements.
In this setup:
The IT services company and the consultant agree on the engagement terms (scope, duration, rate).
The IT services company and Nexoris Portage sign a service agreement.
Nexoris Portage and the consultant sign an employment contract (permanent or fixed-term) covering the engagement.
The consultant carries out the engagement for the IT services company.
Nexoris Portage invoices the IT services company for the work and pays the consultant their salary and social contributions.
