Shared tenders for IT services and consulting firms

Reduce employee bench time with targeted tenders.

Put forward your employees for major-account requirements

Does your firm have an available consultant but no suitable assignment with its current clients? Nexoris shares selected requirements received through its major-account preferred-supplier agreements with firms chosen for their expertise. You can put forward your employee when they match the requirement. Your IT services or consulting firm commits to the consultant’s availability for the full duration of the assignment, at the agreed rate.

Targeted requirements, personal support

Opportunities for your available employees

Find an assignment for your available employees

Put forward your consultants for tenders received by Nexoris, including with clients for which your firm is not an approved supplier.

Fewer competing firms

We share tenders with a limited number of firms specialising in the expertise required.

Support at every stage

We assess the proposed profile, prepare the client interview with you and the consultant, then follow up on the application and the assignment.

A targeted collaboration

A panel organised by client and expertise

Our aim is to bring together five partner firms per client and area of expertise. While the pilot panel is being established, up to ten firms may participate before the target panel is selected. We review your expertise, rate positioning and available places.

We assess profile relevance, experience, compliance with the client’s rate card and your responsiveness. A panel review is planned every six months, based on the quality of responses and our ability to win assignments together.

Professionals discussing a project
Your people, your commitment

Your commitment for the full assignment

The service primarily concerns your own employees, particularly those between assignments.

  • Check the skills, experience, rate, work location and required on-site presence.
  • Put forward one profile per tender.
  • Your IT services or consulting firm commits to the consultant’s availability for the full duration of the assignment, at the agreed rate.

We prioritise consultants employed by your IT services or consulting firm. You can also put forward freelancers from your network only in cybersecurity or artificial intelligence, provided the client accepts freelancers.

For clients that exclude freelancers, only your employees are presented.

How it works

From your first conversation to the assignment

  1. 1

    Introduce your firm

The partnerships team reviews your specialisms, the relevant client’s rate cards and the available places with you.

  2. 2

    Receive targeted tenders

Your firm joins the panel that matches its expertise. When we send you a tender, you put forward an employee whose experience, technical skills and interpersonal skills match the requirement.

The daily rate presented to the client includes our commission and complies with the client’s rate card.

  3. 3

    Prepare the application with Nexoris

At the start of the relationship, a conversation brings together the Nexoris account manager, your account manager and the consultant. Nexoris then selects the applications to present to the client, with a maximum of two profiles.

  4. 4

Nexoris prepares the interview and follows up on the assignment

If the client wishes to meet the consultant, Nexoris prepares the interview with the consultant and your account manager. The client interview is attended by the consultant and the Nexoris account manager.

Your firm receives feedback on the application and, if it succeeds, on the assignment.

A clear commercial model

Your firm receives 90% of the client daily rate

You access the service without joining fees or a subscription. For an assignment resulting from a client tender shared by Nexoris, our commission is 10% of the average daily rate billed to the client. The remaining 90% goes to your firm.

We review the client’s rate card together so you can assess the commercial conditions before putting forward your employee.

This commission guarantees limited competition within the Nexoris ecosystem: each tender is shared with a maximum of five firms, so you compete with no more than four other firms.

The right solution for your requirement

Are shared tenders right for your situation?

Your situation determines the service to use. The partnerships team helps you review your requirement.

The partnerships team selects panel firms following a conversation about their expertise and the client’s requirements.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

How can I access requirements from a client for which my firm is not an approved supplier?

Nexoris receives tenders through its preferred-supplier agreements and approaches panel firms whose expertise matches. You put forward the employee suited to the requirement. Nexoris qualifies the application and presents the selected profiles to the client.

Can I put forward several consultants for a tender?

Each invited firm may submit one profile. Before submitting it, your IT services or consulting firm checks the consultant’s availability and commits to their availability for the full duration of the assignment, at the agreed rate. Nexoris qualifies the applications and presents a maximum of two profiles to the client, across all firms.

How can I join the panel?

Introduce your areas of expertise to the partnerships team. We review the relevant client, rates and available places together. Your firm then joins the panel corresponding to the agreed positioning. The Nexoris team approaches you when it receives a requirement suited to your expertise.
