We only collect the data needed to manage the professional relationship with IT services companies and consultancies.

Data collected:

• First and last name
• Professional email
• Job title / role within the company
• Company name (IT services company, consultancy, partner)
• Data submitted via form (message, sales request, partner application)
• Anonymized browsing data (anonymized IPs, pages viewed, session duration)

We do not collect any sensitive data.

4. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

• respond to your requests (sales, partnerships, sourcing),
• manage the relationship with IT services companies and partners,
• keep you informed of service updates (platform, offers, compliance),
• analyze website usage via self-hosted Matomo,
• secure the website and the platform.

5. Data recipients

Data is accessible only to:

• internal Nexoris teams,
• technical subcontractors based in Europe (hosting, CRM, analytics),
• Nexoris group entities (LeGratin.io, Nexoris.com, Nexoris Partners) when needed.

No data is transferred outside the EU without confirmed safeguards.
